Howard earned his Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. He launched his successful career as an Account Manager at PepsiCo, and then advanced to become a Regional Sales Manager for a prominent custom display and point of purchase company managing a territory of 15 states and Canada while forging relationships with many of the largest retailers, distributors, and consumer products companies. Embracing his entrepreneurial spirit, Howard founded his own successful insurance and accounts receivable management company. Now, as a Sales Manager for Cass Information Systems, Howard provides financial solutions and working capital expertise to companies across North America, specializing in large enterprise accounts. 

Howard has consistently been the top producer in every position he has held and has enjoyed building partnerships with C-level and multi-level stakeholders throughout his entire career.  As an expert in his field, Howard has presented at numerous national conferences and corporate meetings. Howard is married and has one daughter in college. He enjoys traveling all over the world, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering for nonprofit organizations.
